The quartz heat emitter technology offers rapid response and high efficiency, resulting in time and energy savings. In addition, up to 9 independently controllable heating zones ensure uniform heating and control, especially for vacuum deep pulling of challenging shapes and materials.
A pneumatic piston with rack & pinion lifts the tool table precisely ensuring effortless and reliable operation, even with heavy moulds. Moreover, the pneumatic circuit injects air under the heated sheet for auto-levelling and compressed air is injected between the mould and plastic for easy removal of the thermoformed object. The additional feature of two cooling turbines shortens the cycle times.
