The heated vacuum press Sprinter Turntable is characterised by its 360º rotatable vacuum table with a bottom-mounted heating station. The outstanding feature of having two vacuum press areas in one unit, including a heating station, not only saves space but also enables double productivity and optimised working cycles.
The heating hood reduces the glue cure times during veneering, laminating and bending processes and is ideal for working with white PVAc, PU glue and heat-activated adhesives. Six long-lasting tubular heating elements heat up to a maximum temperature of 100 ºC, controlled by a digital temperature unit.
Additional features for the sprinter turntable such as the 40 m³/h vacuum pump capacity, strong HPL worktop, automatic vacuum pump stop, vacuum pressure settings and a rigid chassis create optimal working conditions for woodworking involving flat and curved veneering, laminating and bending all kinds of wood, plywood, MDF and similar flexible materials into curved components.
