The Global Industrial vacuum membrane press has been developed to be a reliable and robust vacuum frame press that fully meets the requirements of industrial press applications. The powerful 140 m³/h vacuum pump achieves a particularly rapid and continuously strong air evacuation. The rigid frame construction with enclosed chassis and the 18 mm-thick HPL worktop guarantees optimum stability, thus ensuring that even extremely large or heavy moulds do not cause any problems. Additional features such as the clearly laid out control panel, automatic vacuum pump stop and vacuum pressure settings for different applications, offer greater efficiency and convenience.
To ensure fast closing and vacuum build-up with thermoform press applications, the membrane frame can be optionally equipped with vacuum suction cup technology. Moreover, for demanding press applications, the vacuum press can be equipped with heating / cooling platens including programmed press cycles with heating curves and vacuum pressure steps.
