Three in one machine, vacuum press, oven and sublimation

Multifunctional vacuum membrane press with integrated heating platen oven and versatile customisation options

The Global Trio Professional thermoforming station combines a professional vacuum press with electrical heating platen oven, together with large-format sublimation capabilities on a variety of hard and thermoformable materials. This smart design allows versatile customisation options for a wide variety of vacuum press applications in the composite, Solid Surface, thermofoil and woodworking industries.

The ergonomically-designed vacuum membrane press meets all the needs of today’s craftsmen who require a durable press for daily operations. Factory-installed with a high-quality vacuum pump of 40m³/h, 18 mm wear- and heat-resistant compact worktop, vacuum switch and ball valve.
This membrane press is ideal for professional vacuum pressing and forming.

The bottom-mounted thermoforming oven with electric aluminium heating platen guarantees a gentle, even heat distribution throughout the entire thickness and surface of the material. During the pre-heating process, the material is placed onto the heating platen and the insulated cover ensures energy savings and uniform heating.
All this guarantees a gentle and uniform heat and pressure distribution throughout the entire thickness and surface of the material, ensuring excellent sublimation print transfer results.
